View this post on Instagram What does it mean to travel solo? For some time, I thought traveling solo meant meeting other travelers from across the world. And yes, this is true to an extent. But it's more about being comfortable enough by yourself to let other experiences shine through. It's natural before leaving the hostel to look for another traveler to tag along with. I often look for the same, but a solo traveler with a backpack is arguably the most approachable person on the planet. Going solo is a signal to the world that you're open for something to manifest in the space usually reserved for another person. Yes, it's sometimes lonely, uncomfortable, boring, but that's temporary. The opportunities that you invite to happen reward you on a deeper level, in ways your mind can't yet grasp.
