Most of the men I work with are doing well in a lot of areas of their lives, but they’ve hit a point where:

  • The same patterns keep showing up, even though you’re aware of them

  • What used to work isn’t working in the same way anymore

  • You’ve been hesitant to seek support, and the frustration has been building.

Thinking about the problem more or consuming more information doesn’t change much. That’s because a lot of how you show up is patterned, automatic, and hard to recognize when you’re in it.

Coaching isn’t about giving you advice or telling you what to do.

It’s about helping you: 

  • See your patterns more clearly

  • Understand what’s driving them

  • Take action in a way that feels right to you

The feedback I hear most often from clients is how dynamic our sessions feel. I listen, ask questions, and give you space, but I won’t just sit back. I'm direct, honest, and help you follow through on what you say you’ll do.
